Brazing

Brazing is a precision metal-joining process that bonds two or more metal components using a filler metal heated above its melting point, all while keeping the base materials intact. How Brazing Works

During the brazing process, metal components are cleaned and assembled with a small gap between the mating surfaces. The assembly is heated in a controlled furnace environment until the filler metal begins to melt, flowing into the joints. Once cooled, the filler metal solidifies, which creates a metallurgical bond between the components. By controlling atmosphere, temperature, and cooling rates, brazing produces high-strength joints with a high level of consistency and minimal oxidation.
